Refund policy

At Jerky Lab, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

• You contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return

• Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is provided

To start a return, please contact us at jerkylabau@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Products that have been opened or partially consumed

• Returns requested after the 7-day period
